Canadians could face fingerprints and iris scans as the U.S. looks north
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security is proposing a multi-billion-dollar biometrics campaign that will collect fingerprints and, eventually, facial recognition and iris information from all foreign travellers at American airports as they exit the country.
